Fresh off the back of another sell out year, one of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields 2024 has announced its return for 2024 and its already set to be one of the highlights of the summer, as the North and South editions unite for one electrifying weekend across the August Bank holiday. 
The multi award winning festival which attracts 70,000 people every summer, is renowned for delivering unbeatable line-ups that feature some of the world’s biggest electronic artists. With ground-breaking staging, jaw dropping production, and an electric atmosphere all key ingredients to its success, attracting dance music fans from around the world year after year and consistently one of the most hotly anticipated music festivals on the planet.   2024 will be no exception as the UK’s one and only edition returns to the fields of Cheshire from 22nd – 25th August.

The Accessibility Application Form is currently closed, in the meantime, you can log your details on the link below and once the application form is live you will be notified, and relevant documentation may be requested.
They do not sell disabled or accessible tickets, so you will need to purchase your ticket in advance before applying. If you require a PA Ticket, please do not purchase a ticket for your personal assistant as this may not be refunded.

Are pre-payment plan tickets available?
Pre Payment tickets are not currently available. 
What happens If I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.
Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
How do I collect my ticket(s) on the day?
If you have to collect your tickets on site then please head to the relevant box office to collect. Day ticket holders collect at the NORTH box office. Weekend camping ticket holders collect at the SOUTH box office. Please ensure that you have a valid form of photo I.D. ready to show and your confirmation email which can be shown on your smartphone.
Do you offer international delivery on tickets?
Yes. When checking out please select ‘international delivery’ to ensure that your tickets are sent to you without delay. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Your tikcets will arrive no later than 48 hours before you’re due to attend the fiirst day of the event and someone will need to sign for the delivery. Please note, international delivery may not be available to all countries. If we’re unable to deliver to your address we will contact you to arrange a collection from the event box office.
How do I get to cinch presents Creamfields?
By Car – You can reach the creamfields site easily by the signposts clearly marked. Creamfields is located close to Liverpool and Manchester. Please ensure taxi drivers follow the signs for drop-off and pick-up only.
By Creamfields Shuttle – The Creamfields shuttle bus service runs from Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington. The shuttle buses run throughout the day and night to and from the festival site.
