Another Clearwater Beach property tops 10 most expensive home sales for August – Tampa Bay Times
by May 31, 2024Two homes in north Pinellas County topped the list for August, including the second sale on Mandalay Point in two months. Both Mandalay Point homes were sold to the same buyer, Arnie Bellini, co-owner of Tampa firm, ConnectWise, and his wife, Lauren. Meanwhile, Snell Isle in St. Petersburg saw another pair of sales, including a mansion built in 1928.
Here are the top 10 most expensive homes sold in Tampa Bay in August.
The Bellinis bought the two-bedroom, two-full-bathroom home for $11 million. Along with the Gulf of Mexico as the backyard, the front yard opens to the Intracoastal Waterway.
With two adjacent homes under their belt, Bellini said he and Lauren are planning on buying a third home in the same neighborhood. He said they chose Clearwater Beach for all their purchases because they spent lots of time on that beach as teenagers.

It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 5,822 square feet.
