Blavity To Host Its First Music Festival In 2024 Under Recent RNB House Party Acquisition – Vibe

Blavity Media Group is leveling up in the experiential department following their recent acquisition of RNB House Party. As announced on Tuesday (Sept. 5), Blavity acquired the aforementioned brand, that’s best known for its quaint productions and traveling day-party series.
Now rebranded as Blavity House Party, the media company says the merger emphasized its “commitment to enhancing its experiential offerings, providing innovative sponsorship opportunities, and expanding its experiential business.”
RNB House Party, founded by Charles Kuykendoll, has a steadfast reputation for its lively events and aligns seamlessly with Blavity’s evolving community. The amalgamation will also led to Blavity hosting its first music festival in 2024. Kuykendoll will also be onboarded as General Manager of Community at Blavity Inc.

With the music festival market projected to grow at an annual rate of 10.4% from 2020 to 2027, according to Grand View Research, Blavity Inc. partnering with RNB House Party is set to make a substantial impact.

Under the newly minted Blavity House Party Music Festival, the company will offer new events throughout the year, including the Blavity Grammy’s House Party, an All-Star Weekend experience, and an HBCU Homecoming Block Party.
