The second week at BCM Mallorca was nothing short of spectacular as the club welcomed some of the biggest names in electronic dance music. Renowned DJs Don Diablo, Artbat, Paul Oakenfold, and the debut of Danny Howard’s “Nothing Else Matters” residency featuring Diplo graced the decks, making it a week to remember for all attendees.
BCM is a place to go for supersized clubbing experiences but also for a great holiday with miles of great beaches, guaranteed hot sun, tons of great bars and restaurants and a wreath of local places to explore for a superb trip.
Kicking off the first week of the season was Don Diablo, whose performance was a high-octane mix of future house, tech house, drum and bass, and techno. His set was characterised by its infectious energy and seamless transitions, keeping the crowd on their feet. Prog house titans Artbat followed with a set that can only be described as a deep dive into melodic techno. The Ukrainian duo’s performance was a hypnotic journey with each track building on the last to create a cohesive and immersive experience.
Paul Oakenfold’s set was epic and featured a mix of trance and electronic classics that reminded everyone why he is considered a legend in the industry. Oakenfold’s performance was both nostalgic and fresh, as he skillfully blended timeless tracks with contemporary hits. BCM Mallorca’s production more than lived up to his show with dazzling light shows and lasers. The grand finale of the week was the debut of Danny Howard’s “Nothing Else Matters” residency. Howard delivered a set that was both cutting-edge and captivating and he has a fantastic list of guests lined up this season that carry on his tradition of offering up the sort of young talents and legends he has long since championed on his BBC show.
The excitement reached new heights with the special guest appearance by Diplo whose eclectic track selection brought an extra layer of thrill to the night. The collaboration between Howard and Diplo was a match made in electronic music heaven and left the audience in a state of euphoria.
With this opening week, BCM Mallorca has proven once again why it is a top destination for electronic dance music fans. It was filled with electrifying performances and unforgettable moments which prove it is one of the best in the world with its state-of-the-art sound system, stunning visual effects, and a roster of international DJs that continues to impress.
