EDM duo Hippie Sabotage brings the power of a billion streams to St. Petersburg – Creative Loafing Tampa

What kind of real-life fanbase does more than a billion streams get an artist these days?
Head over to Jannus Live on Saturday when brothers Kevin and Jeff Saurer headline a set in support of the music they’ve been making together since they were in middle school. The pair — collectively known as Hippie Sabotage — has grown its sound from hip-hop to EDM and now finds itself standing firm in a more livetronic mode that incorporates extended jams, guitar and live solos.
Colorado producer and Mad Decent signee Sebastian Paul brings his Trojan Horse EP to open the show, which just might sell out.
