GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Electronic dance and pop music lovers, get ready for a stacked lineup at this year’s 2024 Grand Rapids Breakaway music festival.
Announced on Tuesday, April 17, the lineup for the popular music festival held in Belknap Park in August will feature Marshmello, SLANDER, Alison Wonderland and Louis The Child along with 21 other performers.
The Michigan stop of the touring music festival will take place Aug. 16 and Aug. 17 at 30 Coldbrook St. NE. The festival runs from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on both days.
The two-day outdoor music festival will be hosted by Bobby Hendrickson, known on social media as @DJLoversClub. The festival is put on in partnership with MiEntertainment Group and Celsius Energy.
In total, there will be 21 nationally recognized artists and four local performers taking the stage. There will also be a silent disco party featuring local performers.
Some of the other performers scheduled for the Breakaway festival include: ALLEYCVT, ARMNHMR, Bob Moses, BONNIE X CLYDE, Deeper Purpose, Forester (DJ set), Ian Asher, Jessica Audiffred, Kai Wachi, Kasbo, Mojave Grey, Noizu, Pauline Herr, Smoakland, Sunday Scaries, Trivecta and zuezeu.
The local performers set to take the stage are Dylan Delato, LOWKE, RIINK and Simio.
Additional Breakaway music festival locations this year include Tampa, Carlotte, Kansas City, Nashville, Columbua and California’s Bay Area.

Presale tickets for the Grand Rapids festival go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, and regular ticket sales begin on Friday, April 19, also at 10 a.m.
Two-day general admission tickets include access to the main stage, the launch pad, the silent disco, food options, vendors and other activities.
Ultra VIP tickets include all the above permissions plus access to the side main stage viewing platform, a dedicated entrance, a guest lounge, drink and merchandise vouchers, unlimited water and an exclusive VIP laminate.
Premium parking is also available for purchase.
As of Tuesday afternoon, ticket prices were not yet available but in 2023, the general admission tickets started at $104 for a two-day pass, VIP tickets started at $174 and ultra VIP tickets were just over $900.
