Two tech house heavyweights team up on one of the biggest records of the year so far. This is a straight up, no nonsense club track with an infectious vocal that’s already garnering support from heavyweight DJ’s such as Dom Dolla, Dombresky and John Summit.

Mau P is a trailblazing DJ and producer, renowned for his innovative fusion of electronic music genres. This tech house gem, sprinkled with vintage hip-hop, became a staple in his 2023 DJ sets, growing into a highly anticipated track. A compelling bassline and beautiful encapsulation of underground club energy.

With a focus on innovation and quality, Unlearn has become a beacon for those seeking fresh, cutting-edge sounds in the electronic music landscape. They set the bar high with their first release of 2024: a searing tech-house stomper from Toronto native Calvin Pepper.

Walker & Royce and VNSSA’s sought-after ID ‘I Don’t Remember’ delivers a potent mix of deep-tech vibes, driving beats, and quirky tones. With its compelling lyrics and sound, the track thrives on heavy basslines and dancefloor-ready beats.

Sam Collins’ innovative productions and compelling live sets have earned him a dedicated following in the underground electronic music scene. Anchored by potent drums and a robust, syncopated bassline, his new single Prayers On Acid intensifies with distorted vocal snippets, sharp percussion, and a monumental breakdown.

Featuring a driving bassline and an earworm of a hook, ‘Hold Me Close’ keeps the crowd movin’ and groovin’ with it’s commanding drums and it’s rhythmically driven melodic bassline.

An artist that undoubtedly broke through in a major way in 2023 with debuts on Toolroom, Moon Harbour and Material that saw mass support from some of the underground’s hottest players such as John Summit, Mau P, Solardo, MK, Francisco Allendes, Danny Howard on BBC R1 and many more. Here she kicks off the year on Toolroom Trax with her signature sound of Latin tech.

Joe Vanditti is a renowned DJ/Producer hailing from Naples, Italy, who came to prominence in his hometown before breaking through on the global scene. S.O.O is a frenetic, tribal drum workout with a dope vocal, stripping things back to basics and getting the balance just right.

A meeting of two titans of the scene results in a sublime mix of gritty beats and a huge bassline with gorgeous vocals make this one stand out. Expect this one to hang around at least until the summer.

Another Italian producer – they might well be having a moment! – Gabriele Toma brings together tech house and grime in a package you can’t really argue with. A low-slung bassline, bustling drum funk, and addictive rap-style vocals make this  a certified bouncer.

Sample Toto at your peril – but HUTU and Nick Garcia have made it work. Sparing use of those iconic synths mean it’s not too in-your-face, and they’ve worked some subtle melodies in the rest of the track. An example of a reworking of a well-known pop song that doesn’t make you want to pull your ears off.

Leaning into the tripper side of tech house, Abudd and Marian have crafted something really special, with looped vocals and a bubbling, acid-inflected bassline taking centre stage before the epic breakdown takes over.

Here comes Italy once again! CASSIMM is one of the most in-form producers around does it again with the heady blend of low-end thump and intoxicating melodies. A perfect transition track to take you from the warm-up to things getting really serious.

Taken from Riva Starr’s Snatch! Playground Vol.2 VA, Ciclo keeps things simple with a rolling bassline, and an earworm lead line that stays just the right side of deeply irritating.

There’s not much out there about Estema, but on the evidence of this she has a glittering career ahead of her. Dark, minimal and deeply infectious, Mi Corazon is tailor-made for a dank and sweaty basement.
