With Miami Music Week in March we always expect a lot of bangers around this time, and this year certainly hasn’t disappointed. In this month’s roundup there’s vocal-led mainroom bangers, trippy hypnotic minimalism and Latin tech – something for everyone then.

A-Trak, a true turntable wizard, teams up with Manchester’s rising star AJ Christou for “Sway”, featuring the distinctive vocals of LA’s Duckwrth. This Fool’s Gold Records release is a smooth ride into house bliss, nodding to legends like DJ Sneak and Ian Pooley with its catchy hooks and breezy vocals. Arguably more house than tech, but definitely worthy of a place on this list.

Cool Jack’s ‘Just Come’ a pivotal record, a slow burner and one that continues to reinvent itself to fill dancefloors throughout the decades. Originally crafted by the iconic trio of DJ Angelino Albanese, producer Gianni Visnadi, and vocalist Tom Hooker, “Just Come”, Lys’ version injects a new vibrancy masterfully blending dynamic production techniques with the original’s infectious energy.
YSD is a significant addition to the label’s distinguished catalog. This track is part of a larger narrative within Fanciulli’s prolific career, blending tech-house rhythms with a deeper, more introspective sound.

Crushingly powerful synths lines on this one as James Hype continues his dominance. Combined with that almost boyband-esque vocal, this one really stands out.
All about the vibe here as Cloonee delivers something truly mesmeric. R&B vocals and that so-deep-it-should-be-illegal bassline. On paper it shouldn’t really work – but experience this in the club and it’s a sure-fire floorfiller.
Fierce as hell, frenetisim on this from Riordan with that Korg-y, Reece bassline laying waste to everything in its path. A distinctly retro, UK garage feel to this one – especially with that soaring vocal in the break.
Latin rhythms and brass abound on this latest SIDEPIECE concoction as they team up with San Pacho on Taka. Infectious, and that borderline irritating vocal is definitely divisive. But it works for me!
Pure heads down thumping minimalism here on Revival with a spoken-word vocal which adds its own rhythmic intensity. One for sweaty basements for sure.

Crazy, hypnotic rhythms and some truly startling sound design here from Sirus Hood and Trangaz, who combine to dream up something truly special. Expect this one of hang around to do damage at festivals worldwide.
After a thorough nine-month trial across Ibiza’s dancefloors, Un Beso was fine-tuned for maximum impact and arrived just in time for Miami Music Week. Embodying a fusion of rhythmic tech house vibes, “Un Beso” stands out for its infectious energy.
A timeless slice of deep tech here which sounds like it could have landed at any point in the last 3o years. Tanzmann is a master of tension and groove and demonstrates just why he’s held in such high regard.
