Halloween Decorations in Old Northeast
The month of October
The Old Northeast neighborhood has some of the wildest decorations in the city every Halloween. The most extravagant of which landing between 17th and 18th Avenues Northeast, between Locust Street and Beach Drive. The closer you get to October 31, the more decked out they are. With themes from Monster Mash to Jurassic Park to The Boston Scare-athon – you have to see these houses for yourself. Check out our article with photos from last year’s decor.

Hocus Focus – a new Halloween experience at Fairgrounds St. Pete
October 5–November 6

Keep your eyes peeled for a limited-time activation including wearable glowing goodies and an eerie eyeball-themed scavenger hunt in this immersive art playground. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Official Roser Park Ghost Tours & Halloween Block Party
October 21 • 6pm
Intersection of 6th St S and Roser Park Drive
Mark your calendars for Roser Park’s second annual Halloween block party! Joining the haunt is a paranormal investigator giving ghost tours through the neighborhood, a Halloween market, tarot readings, and spooky movies on the lawn! For more info on the ghosty bits, check out our article here.
Pups and Pumpkins Fundraiser

Field of Screams
October 27 • 6pm–9pm
9100 113th St N, Seminole
Hosted by the City of Seminole Recreation Department, Field of Screams is a family fun and fright night. Includes trick-or-treat street, a costume contest, carved pumpkin contest, carved pumpkin alley, munchkin mayhem, bounce house, and more. $7 activity wristbands will be available to purchase for the Bounce house zone and Munchkin Mayhem zone.
Haunted Hammock Hangout at the St. Pete Pier
October 28 • Starts at 6pm
St. Pete Pier
Coast to Coast Hammock Co. is bringing a night of fall fun to the St. Pete Pier featuring local vendors, music, a costume contest, food trucks and a Halloween movie showing at 7:30 PM. Wear your best Halloween costume for a chance to win a free Dynamic Hammock. Bring a blanket or rent a hammock stand to enjoy the movie in.
Silent Disco Halloween Party
October 28 • 8pm–11pm
3 Daughters Brewing, 222 22nd St S
Ghouls just want to have fun and if silent disco is your jam, this is your party. Three DJs. $10 for early bird tickets. $15 for general admission. Tickets include your headset for the night and a free drink to get the party started.
Halloween on Central
October 29, 12pm–5pm
Central Ave from 9th Street to 31st St
A two-mile street carnival, Halloween on Central is back after a wildly successful first two years. The sprawling event shuts down Central Ave to cars from 9th Street to 31st Street running from the EDGE District to the Grand Central District. It’s a massive showcase of all things St. Pete, as the streets and sidewalks are filled with food trucks, performers, artists, local makers and vendors, and neighborhood bars, restaurants, and shops showcasing their wares.

Howl-O-Scream®

Scream-A-Geddon

A Night at The Museum – Tampa Bay History Center

When the museum closes, its exhibits come to life. At this family-friendly Halloween event, guests will enjoy trick-or-treating in the museum galleries along with a costume contest, photo opportunities, crafts and games, and special characters roaming the museum.
13 Ugly Men: The Halloween Party

Join thousands of Tampa’s best-dressed in costume as they party for a purpose. This year, the party benefits the One Voice Foundation. Get ready for a unique, spooky indoor and outdoor party at the sometimes haunted Cuban Club in Ybor City. Get tickets here.
The 32nd Annual Pumpkin Festival at Hunsander Farms
Weekends from October 14–29

The 32nd Annual Pumpkin Festival at Hunsader Farms is a must! Every day of this autumnal extravaganza includes a craft show, live music, hayrides, pony rides, a corn maze, scarecrows, petting zoo, so much food, train rides, fresh produce, and of course loads of pumpkins. They’re cash only for the most part and admission is $15. Parking is $10. Children 10 and under are free.
