Electric Daisy Carnival – aka EDC, the Coachella of EDM – has come under fire after the bottle service menu from their Marquee Skydeck bar was posted to Instagram.
Prices shown go as high as $94,000 USD ($140,406 AUD) for 12 litres of champagne. Even a mere six-pack of water would’ve set you back $90 ($134). The cheapest alcohol on offer was a six-pack of either Heineken or Bud Light for $140 ($209, which would work out to about $35 per beer).

The comment section on the post was flooded with angry messages, ranging from, “This is pathetic, stop supporting festivals like this,” to, “Bring back $10 local shows,” to, “When did drinks start to be the same prices as festival tickets and cars?”
There is truth to that question – most of the drinks on offer were more expensive than a three-day ticket to EDC itself, which cost $379 USD ($566).
English DJ Fred again.. played a surprise set at this year’s EDC Las Vegas over the weekend, joining the ranks of previous special guests like John Summit and Snoop Dogg.
